PURPOSE: To obtain an accounting apparatus for determining the financing suitable for easy purchase of a house by inputting the borrower's salary, determining a specified ratio to this salary as repayment value, determining the repayment period for the financing value, informing the borrower of this value and managing the financing. CONSTITUTION: This accounting apparatus finances the fund for purchasing a house by the mortgage interlocked to the salary. The ratio at which the borrower bears the debt to be returned to the lender by the certain ratio of the borrower's salary for the prescribed period is constant over the entire period or may be changed by a prescribed rule. Further, the ordinary repayments are so determined as to be done in a specified number of days. The ratio to the salary is kept constant over the entire period when the repayment is made at this number of days. When the repayment is not to be made at this number of days, the ratio for the salary to be repaid is changed as well by the prescribed rule. When the repayment of the fund has been made, the ratio to the salary to be repaid is changed by the prescribed rule. |
