PURPOSE:To easily recognize correspondence between each color by comprising the color reference information having the same color characteristics corresponding in 1:1 to the color to be printed out with the information of the color to be printed out. CONSTITUTION:When the screen display of color data and an image processing print output the color data are performed, the color data are displayed on an image 31, the arbitrary picture element of the color data displayed on the image 31 is designated by a mouse, and the color components of the designated picture element is checked. The information of the color to be print outputted corresponding to the color components of the checked picture element is displayed on the image 31, the color reference information having the same color characteristics corresponding in 1:1 to the color to be print outputted is compared with the information of the displayed color to be outputted. Thus, the correspondence between the color to be displayed on the screen 31 and the color to be print outputted can be recognized and the correct color to be used in print outputting the color data can be easily known. |
