摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent a copper conductor from being oxidized and obtain flexibility and high conductivity at high temperature and highly vacuum atmosphere by forming an aluminums coating at normal temperature by molten salt electrolytic plating and forming a grading alloy layer between the copper conductor and the aluminum oxide coating. CONSTITUTION:After a copper conductor 1 is coated with aluminum at normal temperature by molten salt electrolytic plating, anodization treatment is carried out by a. c. electrolysis to form an aluminum oxide coating 2. In this case, not oxidized aluminum is made to remain in the part touching the copper conductor 1 of the aluminum layer. Then, when the electric wire is heated, aluminum and copper diffused mutually and a grading alloy layer 3 is formed between the copper conductor 1 and the aluminum oxide coating 2. Due to the grading alloy layer 3, the adhesion strength between the copper conductor 1 and the insulating layer becomes firm and difficult to be separated each other.
