PURPOSE:To enable a device to be simplified and a test to be performed with an improved operability for an integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION:A digital/analog converter 10a which converts an output of a serial/parallel converter 1b to an analog signal and a terminal 10b for monitoring which fetches an output of the digital/analog converter 10a to an outside are provided. A digital signal for driving which is input to an input terminal 1c is fetched to the terminal 10b for monitoring by an analog signal for monitoring. |
