MANUFACTURE OF DECORATIVE SHEET

摘要

PURPOSE:To manufacture a decorative sheet of good surface properties without foams on the resin molded surface in spite of no change effected in the casting method by sticking an air impermeable sheet forming micropores on one face of a base used for resin cast molding. CONSTITUTION:A resin material is injected into a cast frame in the state of fixing one face of base A on the inner wall face of a cast mold frame in the manufacturing method of a decorative sheet. As a base A, an air impermeable sheet 11 provided with micropores 12 not to disturb vacuum suction is stuck on one face of an air permeable flat shaped component 10 in said manufacturing method.
