PURPOSE:To improve the shape accuracy of photo-setting layer and of a three- dimensional shape and, at the same time, working efficiency in the forming method concerned of the three-dimensional shape by piling up the photo-setting layers, each of which is produced by setting the thin layer of photo-setting resin liquid. CONSTITUTION:A thin layer 2 of resin liquid is formed on a forming table 3 or on a photo-set layer 4 formed previously outside the resin liquid 1, which is stored in a resin liquid tank 6. The formed thin layer 2 of the resin liquid is arranged at the position of the liquid level of the resin liquid 1 in the resin liquid tank 6 so as to coincide the liquid level of the resin liquid with the surface of the thin layer 2 of the resin liquid. Under the above-mentioned condition, light is irradiated over the thin layer 2 of the resin liquid in order to produce a photo-setting layer 4. |
