PURPOSE:To monitor a real time data in recording a compression encoded data to an IC card and to efficiently check the recording contents in a short time. CONSTITUTION:When the compression encoded data of a fixed bit rate recorded on a magneto-optical disk 1 is reproduced and recorded to the IC card 2, the compression data recorded on the IC card 2 is read out, and bits reduced by an ATC encoder 63 and a remaining bit reducing circuit 84 are zero-packed, and the data is restored to its original bit length PCM data by an ATC decoder 73, and is reproduced at a real time rate, and then the recording monitor is performed. |
