PURPOSE:To judge in what section the scale film has grown to an excessive thickness and, at the same time, monitor surely abnormalities of other kinds by monitoring the heat exchanging performance of a feedwater heater and the pressure difference between the pressures at the feedwater outlet and inlet and the degree of opening of a drain water level regulating valve. CONSTITUTION:A feedwater inlet pressure measuring section 41 is installed to a feedwater inlet section 23 and a feedwater outlet pressure measuring section 42 to a feedwater outlet section 27 to monitor the pressure difference between at the feedwater inlet and feedwater outlet of a feedwater heater, and the output signals of those measuring sections 41, 42 are led to a pressure difference calculating section 43. On the other hand, a feedwater inlet process measuring section 44 is installed to the feedwater inlet section 23 and a feedwater output process measuring section 45 to the feedwater outlet section 27, and an feed steam inlet process measuring section 46 to fleed steam inlet section 28. Further, a drain outlet process measuring section 47 is installed to a drain outlet 29 and a drain inlet process measuring section 48 to a drain inlset 36. To a judgement section 51 the output signal of the pressure difference calculating section 43 and load signals 50 of the electric power plant, etc., as well are inputted and the results 52 of scale film formation judgement are outputted. |
