PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of data communication and responsiveness by making it possible to recognize that it is in process of searching with setting lapse time data out of a range in which lapse time can be at the time of program searching of a track. CONSTITUTION:A master microcomputer 1 executes the input process of a display and a operating switch, and a slave microcomputer 2 actuates the CD player by a command from the microcomputer 1, then reads the status data. The status data sent from the microcomputer 2 to the microcomputer 1 includes process of searching, the kind of searching, a track number and the lapse time. At the time of program searching, '00' is usually sent as the lapse time in the music since the lapse time is unnecessary, and when a searching bit being one bit indicates the process of searching, a specified value out of the range is set in the lapse time. Consequently the program searching is recognized and the efficiency of the data communication between the microcomputers 1 and 2 and the responsiveness are improved. |
