<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate installation of each wheel by furnishing a wheel distribution device, and therewith distributing aside facing wheels, which are transported on a wheel transporting line, to appropriate wheel handover parts. CONSTITUTION:Wheels facing aside transported on a wheel transporting line 21 are distributed by a distribution device 30 to appropriate wheel handover parts 32A. 32B, 33A, 33B and applied for right front, left front, right rear, and left rear. The wheels in these handover parts are received by wheel down feeding devices 40A, 40B, 41A, 41B, and their facing is changed during down feeding, or before or after it, from aside to ahead to generate the condition as mating with wheel supply devices 11A, 11B, 12A, 12B. The wheels on the wheel down feed devices are received in ahead facing attitude by the respective wheel supply devices, which supply them to axles fitted on each car body 4 transported to the place by the car body transporting line 1. Then the operator on the working floor receives wheels from the wheel supply devices and installs them on the axles 5, 6.</p> |
