PURPOSE:To obtain the phase synchronizing circuit with the phase synchronizing characteristic unaffected even when a using power supply voltage is changed. CONSTITUTION:In the phase synchronizing circuit, a charge pump 3 charges and discharges a loop filter 4 by the current eliminating the power supply voltage with the first resistance. A voltage control oscillator 5, composed of a voltage/current conversion circuit 8 and a current/frequency conversion circuit 9, outputs the output voltage of the loop filter 4 after converted into the current proportional to the value eliminated by the second resistance. The current/ frequency conversion circuit 9 generates an oscillation clock 16 by this output current, returned to a phase comparator 2. |
