PURPOSE:To generate the lock signal of a polygonal motor at arbitrary rotating speed without increasing the number of harness. CONSTITUTION:A synchronism detector to keep a write start position constant, a main scan counter 31 by which the start and clear of count are performed by a synchronism detection signal outputted from the synchronism detector, a capture register 32 which records a counter value temporarily when clearing is performed, and two comparators 36, 37 which compare a captured counter value with two register values settable by a CPU, respectively are provided. The AND of the output of the comparators 36, 37 is outputted to the CPU. |
