A method to practice stabilization of a firing weapon or the shooter, wherein to the weapon or the shooter a movement-measuring sensor (6) is fixed, the indicated rates of capacitance of which are transformed into values indicating the rate of stabilization of the weapon or shooter. The sensor contains low-viscosity liquid (7), the motion of which causes alterations in the sensor that functions as a condensator. From the alterations in the capacitance the rates of stabilization are formed. |
