The automatic driverless vehicle has no driver's cab. The vehicle is driven by a drive under the floor of the loading area, by command of a control program. The vehicle has an electric drive, with power fed by current collectors (6) mounted on frames (9). The current collector can pref. be swung out of the way during loading of the vehicle. The vehicle may include switching or instrumentation panels for manual operation. Red lights on the ends of the vehicle are lit to indicate its direction of travel. USE/ADVANTAGE - For transportation via road or rail. Entire area of vehicle is available for loading.
