摘要

Liquid prepn. for the prodn. of electroconductive and IR-reflective F-doped Sn oxide films on glass or vitreous ceramic surfaces contain Sn-IV chloride (I), opt. contg. organic gps. The novelty is that the only dopant is Sn-II fluoroborate (II). Specifically the prepn. contains 30-89.5 (wt.)% (I), pref. SnCl4 or alkyl Sn trichloride, esp. BuSnCl3, 0.5-7.5% (II) in the form of an aq. 30-60% soln. and 10-62.5% polar organic solvent, pref. 10-64% EtOH and/or ethyl acetate. The prepn. is sprayed onto the substrate surface at 400-800 deg.C.
