<p>System for the expression and secretion of an amino acid, a polypeptide or a protein determined by a corynebacteria strain. The system is characterized in that the sequence coding for said amino acid, polypeptide or protein is located in a chromosomal or plasmid DNA region where said sequence is transcribed towards the 5' end with at least one part of the sequence coding for the signal sequence of protein PS1 or PS2, said part secreting said protein after translation upon incorporation of the system into said corynebacteria strain.</p> |
