A radial fan-wheel (7) in the cooker housing is enclosed by at least two heating elements (13'). Water is introduced into the housing by means of inlets (11,11') so that it is vaporised before reaching the heaters. Each heater has its own inlet. The water flows freely without pressure into the fan-wheel, pref. on its blades (8). ADVANTAGE - More efficient steamer has each heater possessing its own water inlet, preventing excess water from penetrating cooker-area.
