NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by the formula I (R is lower alkyl, lower alkenyl, lower alkynyl, or 2,2,2-trifluoroethyl). EXAMPLE:4,5-Bis-( 4-methoxyphenyl )-2-( 1-ethylpyrrol-2-yl )thiazole. USE:An inhibitor of blood platelet aggregation. Having low toxicity, useful for preventing and remedying various thrombotic diseases caused by blood platelet aggregation. PREPARATION:A compound shown by the formula II is reacted with a hydrogen sulfide gas in the presence of 0.5-5 equivalent base in DMF, DMSO, etc., to give a compound shown by the formula III. Then, this compound is an equivalent amount of a compound shown by the formula IV (X is Cl, or Br) to give a compound shown by the formula I. The compound shown by the formula I is usually used as an oral drug in order to remedy and to prevent various thrombotic diseases caused by blood platelet aggregation. |
