RESIDENTIAL ELECTRICAL WIRING ALLOWING TRANSMISSION AND RECEPTION OF A COMMUNICATION SIGNAL, AND A METHOD THEREOF

A residential electrical wiring allowing transmission and reception of a communication signal, comprising a first electric conductor, a second electric conductor, a neutral conductor and a communication signal coupling device comprising an autotransformer. The autotransformer has an end connected to the first conductor a second end connected to the second conductor and a center tap connected to the neutral conductor whereby either the first and neutral conductors, the second and neutral conductors or the first and second conductors can be used for transmitting and receiving said communication signal. A method thereof is also provided.
