PURPOSE:To provide the titled film having excellent heat-salability, transparency and slipperiness after high-temperature aging of a multi-layer film, by blending a specified propylene/alpha-olefin copolymer resin with a non-melting silicone resin powder. CONSTITUTION:A 10 C or lower alpha-olefin is copolymerized with a weight of propylene to obtain a propylene/alpha-olefin copolymer resin (A) having an MFR of 0.5-100g/10min and a melting peak temp. of not higher than 145 deg.C as measured by DSC method, e.g., a propylene/ethylene(/butene-1) random copolymer. 100pts.wt. component A is blended with 0.01-0.5pts.wt. non-melting silicone resin powder (B) having a three-dimensional network structure based on siloxane linkages, an average particle size of 0.5-7mu and a sphericity, f, defined by the formula (wherein A is the sectional area in mm<2> of polymer powder and Dmax is a max. diameter in mm of the cross section of the polymer powder) of not smaller than 0.8 and optionally a stabilizer, a lubricant, an inorg. compd., etc., to obtain a compsn. The compsn. is formed into the titled film. |
