The method is used determination of the disease process in the myocardium during clinical laboratory studies of sick and healthy persons. The method is fast and easy to implement, does not require strictly sterile conditions, and enables information to be obtained on the myocardial disease process even during the early stages of the disease. The method is applied to practice by placing in advance lymphocytes isolated from peripheral blood into a myosin-containing broth, incubating the lymphocytes, inducing formation of E-rosettes, adding polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan trioleate, and counting the number of lysed lymphocytes.
