PURPOSE:To make expensive molds being formed in accordance with the forms of apparatus to be needless and to enable the manufacture of the insulated apparatus having various forms by a method wherein the molds are formed with a molding material and the insulated apparatus is manufactured in the molds. CONSTITUTION:A substance 12 to be casted being the outer face shielded 11 is put in a vessel 2. A molten thremoplastic resin 13 is flowed from the first hopper 3 to the space between the vessel 2 and thw substance 12 to be casted, and is cooled and hardened to form a mold. A molten thermoplastic resin 14 is made to fill up fro m the second hopper 4 in the substance 12 to be cast, and the resin 14 for casting is made to hardened at a termperature lower than the melting point of the material 13 for molding and at the hardening temperature of the resin 14 for casting to manufacture an insulated apparatus. Then it is heated at a temperature higher than the melting point of the material 13 for molding to melt the material 13 for molding, and is flowed to the outside of the vessel 2 and is removed to utilize again. Accrodingly, expensive molds can be made to be needless, and insulated apparatus having various forms can be manufactured. |
