摘要 PURPOSE:To perform titled connection watertightly without requiring high working accuracy by protrusively providing an engaging projection to the bottom end of a sleeve forming the outlet of a pressurizing chamber, providing a through-hole in the center of the projection and allowing the outside circumferential surface of the projection to contact the inlet edge of the feed path closely and linearly. CONSTITUTION:An engaging projection 5b4 of which the outside circumferential surface 5b3 is a predetermined spherical face is protrusively provided into one piece with the bottom end of the inside cylinder 5b1 of a sleeve 5b consisting of the inside cylinder 5b1 made of ceramics and an outside cylinder 5b2 made of metal such as stainless steel or molybdenum steel. A flow passage 5b5 communicating with a pressuring chamber 5a is penetrated in the center thereof, and the inlet 6b of a feed path 6 is recessed to a spherical shape having a radius smaller than that of the outside circumferential surface 5b3 of the projection 5b4. The projection 5b4 is then abutted on the inlet 6b from above in a pressed state to connect the sleeve 5b and the feed path 6. Then, the outside circumferential surface 5b3 of the projection 5b4 linearly contacts the mouth edge 6c of the inlet 6a; therefore, the abutting pressure is increased, whereby the leakage of pressure molten metal 2 may be prevented.
