The ski-boot binding has a coupling with front and rear jaw halves hinging on transverse axes parallel to the ski surface at adjustable distances from the ski ends. The bearing for the halves comprises plates(23,24) hinging on the ski, and coupled by the hinge spindles(21,22) to the front and rear jaws(4,5). Damping devices(35) are mounted between the plates and the coupling portions(6,7). Each damping device can be at a standing surface(33,34) and/or holding components(10,11) for the jaws securing the boot(9). ADVANTAGE - Allows free distortion of ski at coupling. |
