PURPOSE:To optimize the minute book generation, etc., of a conference by recording only character codes in the character code string of speech contents as a summary. CONSTITUTION:A speaker specification part 4 specifies a speaker by comparing voice feature information and outputs a specification end signal when the specification ends. Voice feature information storage media 5a-5n are memory cards generated for respective speakers and the identification name and voice feature information of each speaker is previously stored on the card of the speaker. Further, a voice feature information input part 6 extracts the features of an inputted voice signal and stores them in a voice feature information table 7. A speaker identification name generation part 8 outputs the character codes of the speaker identification name to a data buffer 3 and a recording part 9 respectively. The recording part 9 adds the identification name from the speaker identification name generation part 8 to the characters, codes, etc., from the data buffer 3 and records them together. |
