PURPOSE:To build up a television line optimum network including a satellite line automatically and efficiently. CONSTITUTION:Blocks A, B, C are formed corresponding to a transmission exclusive party S3, reception exclusive parties S4, S5, S6 designated. Satellite reception stations C10, C14 are selected in place of block (reception) relay stations C12, C15 having no reception installation for a satellite line N4 in the receiver side blocks B, C by referencing an adjacent reception station table, and a B1 route having a least relay line number between stations C10 and C13 is selected. The line N14 is designated because the stations C14 and C15 are connected by one line. Since a block (transmission) relay station C5 in the sender side block A has no transmission installation as to the satellite line N4, a satellite transmission station C7 is selected by referencing an adjacent transmission station table and an A2 route having a least relay line number is selected between the stations C5 and C7. |
