PURPOSE:To decrease the power consumption and to increase the switching speed. CONSTITUTION:When a transistor Q3 is enerized by an input voltage to an input terminal VIN, a transistor Q4 is enerized. A current flows in a diode D1, and a forward voltage drop is caused. Its voltage appears in the base of the transistor Q4 through a resistance R8. Therefore, the transistor Q4 does not reach a saturation area and a delay caused by saturation does not occur, and a switching speed is improved. |
