PURPOSE:To offer a zoom lens which can execute power zooming as the interchangeable lens of a camera incorporating an AF driving motor without providing a driving motor for power zooming in a lens barrel. CONSTITUTION:A power zooming switching cam plate 4 is fitted on the inside circumferential surface of a rotating type zooming operation ring 5. The cam plate 4 is moved in the circumferential direction of the lens barrel together with the operation ring 5 and it moves a clutch gear 3 in cooperation with a cam follower 6. Then, the operation state of the driving motor is controlled by actuating encoders 12 and 13 by utilizing the movement of the cam plate 4 in the circumferential direction. The engagement state of the clutch gear 3 is switched between a focus input gear 1 and a zoom input gear 2. |
