PURPOSE:To provide an automatic medical revisit reception device capable of automatic reception even when a patient does not have his identification card with him. CONSTITUTION:A key input part 8 provided with a keyboard through which a medical examination section name, etc., is inputted, a card reader 4 reading a medical examination department name and an identification code, etc., a printer 6 printing a reception sheet and a host computer 2 provided with patient' s files 9, are provided. When a revisit patient inputs the medical examination department name and sets his/her identification card or key-inputs his/her name, the read identification code out of the identification card or the key-inputted patient's identification data is passed to the host computer 2, and the host computer 2 confirms that the read identification code corresponds with that in the patient's file 9, sets the patient's reception number and supplies reception data to the printer 6 to print the reception sheet. |
