PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction such as missing the kind of a device to be controlled and outputting an instruction to an unconnected device in the case of connecting plural devices to be controlled to a controller. CONSTITUTION:Plural devices M to be controlled are connected to a connector 1 of a controller C, pins Pc 1 and Pc 9 are used for each pin group, to which the respective devices to be controlled are connected, at the connector C so as to judge whether the device to be controlled is connected or not, other pins Pc 2, Pc 3, Pc 10 and Pc 11 are used for judging the kind of the device to be controlled, and remaining pins are used for exchanging information between the controller and the devices to be controlled. Thus, since the high/low levels of several pins among the connector pins are investigated, the main controller can recognize whether the device to be controlled is connected or not and the kind of the device by itself, and erroneous instruction transmission is prevented. |
