<p>PURPOSE:To make a device small in size and light in weight by reducing planar area and thickness occupied with a magnetic recording and reproducing device. CONSTITUTION:When a cassette 1 is loaded on a cassette holder, the removed part of upper cylinder 13 and a magnetic tape 2 are placed opposite to each other, and after the cassette holder falls down further to a specified 1st height, the upper cylinder 13 is rotated up to the specified position where the outer peripheral surface other than the removed part and the magnetic tape 2 are capable of abutting, and fixed. Next, the magnetic tape 2 is pulled out from the cassette 1 by tape guide posts 6, 7 then wound up to the outer peripheral surface other than the removed part of upper cylinder 13, and simultaneously made to fall down from the 1st height of cassette holder so as coming to the 2nd height.</p> |
