PURPOSE:To save storage capacity and to enable faster processing by adding analyzing rules describing typical error patterns which often occur in sentenses in which a headword is used to the value of the headword. CONSTITUTION:When, for example, an object document to be elaborated is inputted in English into a document input part 1, the object document is stored in a document analyzing part 3. The document analyzing part 3 retrieves the word that coincides with a trigger word registered in an analyzing dictionary 2 from that object document. When the trigger word is retrieved, the document analyzing part 3 analyzes a sentense including the trigger word by using the syntax rules of error sentenses registered in the analyzing ditionary 2. Since successful analyzing means that the syntax rules of error sentenses have been applied, the sentense including the trigger word comes to be an erroneous sentense. For that reason, storage capacity can be saved and faster processing is realized. |
