PURPOSE:To suppress a moving distance of a board, to reduce a space for indexing and moving the board and to eliminate a problem upon moving of a head by indexing and moving a supply head to at least two stationary positions in an X-axis direction and at least two stationary positions in a Y-axis direction. CONSTITUTION:A board 30 having a length (x) in an X-axis direction and a length (y) in a Y-axis direction is moved in parallel at an arbitrary distance in a range of x/2, y/2 at a maximum in the X-axis and Y-axis directions) by a board indexing unit 34. A supply head 50 is indexed and moved to two stationary positions in the X-axis direction and two stationary positions in the Y-axis direction by a head indexing unit 32. Accordingly, after the head 50 is index and moved to a head indexing position (a) by the unit 32, the board 30 is indexed and moved at an arbitrary point of a range A occupying 1/4 of the board under the head 50 by the unit 34. Similarly, after the head 50 is stopped at a position (b), the board 30 is indexed and moved to cover a range B, and the head 50 is stopped at a position (c) to cover a range C. |
