<p>PURPOSE:To prevent additional write to a one-time programmable ROM in which programming is finished, and also, to immediately judge a programmed one or not. CONSTITUTION:At the time of programming, write of a final address to a one-time programmable ROM 1 is detected by a final address detecting circuit 6, and a signal by the voltage of a resistor 5 is written in a nonvolatile memory 3. After programming is finished, an additional write inhibiting circuit 7 is operated by a signal from the nonvolatile memory 3, additional write to the one-time programmable ROM 1 is obstructed, and also, its signal is outputted to an outside, as well.</p> |
