PURPOSE:To provide a preparing device for a commodity ladger which contains the bar codes. CONSTITUTION:A commodity information input means 11 is provided together with an image data converter 12, a bar code image date converter 13, a data storage means 14, and a commodity ledger preparation control means 17. Thus it is possible to obtain a commodity ledger where the commodity information on the commodity codes, the commodity names, the unit prices, etc., can be tabulated in the numeric characters, KANJI (Chinese character), etc., that can be visually read and the commodity codes can be printed on the same form in the scannable bar codes. |
