PURPOSE:To obtain a device with excellent handleability by subjecting an ID identifying device to read an ID card so as to simultaneously execute ID identifying operation and the gathering operation of the attending/leaving data of an ID possessor. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with an ID card reading part 11, an ID identifying part 12 executing ID identification from an ID number of the ID card, a locking/unlocking control part 13 outputting a locking/unlocking signal to an electric lock in accordance with ID identified result, an attending/ leaving data gathering means 14 recording the ID number and ID identification time so as to gather the respective kinds of attending/leaving data, a gathering data output part 15 printing out attending/leaving data by a fixed-time cycle and a switching means 16 switching and selecting an ID identifying operation and an attending/leaving data collecting operation. When the locking/unlocking operation of a passage control door is executed based on ID identification, the ID number and ID identifying operation time read by the ID card are stored in the attending/leaving data collecting means 14 and the locking/unlocking of a passage controller is operated in accordance with ID identified result so that the respective operations and simultaneously executed in the same device. |
