PURPOSE:To transfer plural files by a single file transfer, to simplify the operation, and to shorten the processing time by synchesizing plural files to a single file. CONSTITUTION:By reading a parameter file 2, and obtaining a file name, a device name and a medium name of a transmission original, file transfer object files are synthesized to the single file by using a file synthesizing means 6. Subsequently, it is transferred and written in the input/output means 10 of a host equipment 9 by using a file transfer means 8. After write is completed, one file written and synthesized is decomposed by using a file decomposing means 13, and written in the input/output means 10 again. Since the host equipment 9 is operated in multiplication, read and write of the same file are generated from different terminals, therefore, the exclusive control of a file unit is executed by using an exclusive control means 15. A mail file generating means 5 and a mail file decoding means 11 are used at the time of judging a transfer file in a program.
