PURPOSE:To present a feedback type comb-filter for parallel-disposing of speed error controlling data. CONSTITUTION:Speed error controlling data are respectively housed in areas R0-R5 for a RAM. In the meantime, 2 label with the numerical values to be changed '1' by '1' in reply to FG signal is housed in the area R10 of the RAM. When comb-filter disposal is started, then the numerical values of the label are discriminated, and the speed error controlling data for avoiding FG ununiformity based on the speed error controlling data in the RAM according to the label are created. Accordingly, a disposal time for the comb-filter disposal can be shortened, and sampling frequency can be enhanced. |
