PURPOSE:To immediately study the cause of a fault of an electronic equipment by analyzing the operation of the equipment without removing a CPU attached onto a base board by soldering, etc. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 12 fixed on a base board is provided together with a peripheral element which transfers the data to the CPU 12, a connection part 16 which is connected to the peripheral element and can be connected with an external CPU 38, and a selector means 36 which secures the connection between the peripheral element and the CPU 12 or the CPU 38. In such a constitution, the operation of an electronic equipment can be analyzed without removing the CPU 12 that is attached onto the base board by soldering, etc. Thus it is possible to immediately study the cause of a fault of the electronic equipment. |
