PURPOSE:To prevent illicit use by a malicious user. CONSTITUTION:Information patterns 1'-1 to 1'-8 of a one-time PROM (OTPROM)1' is composed of two bits. The executable information is obtained while taking the first line I of the bit string of the information pattern as '1' and the second line II as '0', and the nonexecutable information is obtained while taking the first line I as '0' and the second line II as '1'. According to the property of the OTPROM, the bit in the information pattern can be rewritten from '0' to '1', and the second line II bit can not be rewritten in the information pattern stored in the executable information. In the information pattern storing the nonexecutable information, the first line I bit can not be rewritten to '1' and the bidirectional rewriting between the executable and nonexecutable information is prevented. |
