CONSTITUTION:A bias generating circuit of an operational rectifier circuit is constituted of a reference current generation section 11 outputting the VT proportional current, a bias voltage generation section 12 set so that the potential difference between two series connection diodes supplying the current separately and one resistance is higher on the side of two diodes and current mirror circuits Q46 and Q48 transferring the generated bias voltage to a rectifier transistor.</p> |
