PURPOSE:To reduce the man power and the cost required for production of a schedule table of maintenance work by providing a means which automatically decides the working states of building equipments and produces the schedule table of maintenance work based on the working state estimated by the data on decision of the working states of building equipments. CONSTITUTION:The meters 2, 4 and 6 measures the working values of the equipments 1, 3 and 5 respectively, and these working state information are successively sent to a computer 7 via the communication circuits 16a-16c. The computer 7 receives these information through a communication means 8 and sends them to a working value totalizing means 9. The means 9 totalizes the received information for each equipment and in each period and stores the totalized information in a working information file 10. Then a maintenance work schedule table production means 11 estimates the working state of each equipment based on the working state information stored in the file 10 and the equipment information stored in an equipment information file 12. Then the means 11 decides the subsequent scheduled dates of maintenance and stores these dates in a monthly maintenance work schedule table information file 13. |
