PURPOSE:To prevent the scattering of the waste toner in a recovery container. CONSTITUTION:A baffle plate 31 is provided on the lower part of the end connection of waste a developer carrying pipe 26, in the recovery container 14 recovering residual toner on a photosensitive body 11 and a waste developer in a developing tank 12, and a discharged waste developer is once dropped on the baffle plate 31 and then, recovered into the recovery container 14. Thus, the impact force of the dropping of the developer is weakened, so that even if the waste toner which is powdery and excellent in fluidity and immediately flying up with a little impact is in the container 14, the scattering from the end connection can be prevented. |
