PURPOSE:To efficiently prepare teaching data to a mounting part inspection device without requiring manual input operation. CONSTITUTION:In ST1, the mounting position mounting direction and part type of a mounting part on a base board are obtained from CAM data, and the position and shape of a land are obtained from a CAD data. In ST2, as to these external data, referencing to a conversion table, a library name corresponding to the part type is obtained, inspection information (library data) is assigned and synthesized. The similar procedures are repeatedly executed for all the mounting parts. |
