SIMILARITY DECISION METHOD

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide the method calculating the concept similarity from the location of the node between the minimum and maximum by using a version space taking an attribute value representing the characteristics of an example as a node. CONSTITUTION:The half order relationship on the generalization taking the minimum and the maximum ANDs representing the characteristics of the example as both ends is obtained. When a retrieval object is inputted, an attribute value for retrieval object is obtained. When the attribute value does not satisfy the minimum AND, it is decided that they are not similar. Other cases are judged to be discorded in spite of the similarity. Thus, the similarity is calculated based on the location occupied by the AND of the attribute value for retrieval object in the half order relationship between the minimum and the maximum ANDs.
