PURPOSE:To revise the setting in on-line and to avoid interruption of communication through a channel in use. CONSTITUTION:Two kinds of active and standby setting information sets are stored in memories (14, 24) and multiplexer sections (15, 25) send a prediction flag to switch the active and standby memory used for multiplexing in a prescribed frame number after the prediction flag is sent. A demultiplexer section (17, 27) receives the prediction flag and switch the active and standby memories (14, 24) used for the demultiplexing in prescribed frames after the prediction flag is received. |
