PURPOSE:To improve the picture quality of an input picture by reducing jaggy of a picture with respect to the image forming device such as a laser printer and an ink jet printer. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a window data segmentation means 6 segmenting a window data comprising plural picture elements on plural lines from an input picture data, with a correction data output means 7 outputting N-sets of correction data respectively with respect to picture elements in the middle and left and right side of the window and an output picture data output means 8 receiving an output of the means 7 and outputting an output picture element data with respect to a 2nd picture element to the left from the center of he window. |
