Car body high gloss paint coating - incorporates sliding carriage and transport rotor with adaptors gripping body

During the paint cover application,the the car body inside is kept dry and is moved slowly forward in or on a support for smooth spraying, followed by solvent or carrier drying in a heated zone with the car body slowly rotated. Separate supports are used for the painting zone (5) and drying zone (6), notably a carriage(8) and a transport rotor respectively. The car body (1) is fitted front and aft with adapters for the carriage and rotor so that the body fits freely with its clamps onto the painting carriage and is then transferred with paint still wet onto the rotor by a vertical movement, after which the carriage returns upwards. At the end of the drying zone the car body is transferred to the carriage for onwards transport and the rotor led back to the drying zone entry for the next car body etc. USE/ADVANTAGE - For car body painting lines,without need for handling not comletely dry car body,and prevention of paint stains on the line.
