A device (20) comprising a support base (23), a pair of pneumatic cylinders connected thereto and arranged to rotate respective hinge pivots of a door (1, 1 min ), and a section guide bar (30) provided with a channel (35) which is asymmetric about the means (29, 32, 33) for fixing it to the support base (23) and slidingly houses guide wheels (11) for the door (1, 1 min ); said section bar (30) can be fixed to the support base (23) in two positions rotated through 180 DEG to each other, so that the channel (35) defines for the wheels (11) two different slide surfaces (13, 17) suitable for mounting folding doors (1) or rotary-sliding leaf doors (1 min ) respectively.
