A mobile telephone system is disclosed having at least two transceivers and two telephone handsets that may be interconnected by a switching unit so that each transceiver may be used by means of each telephone handset. This is particularly advantageous for the parallel use of incompatible networks, such as for example the C-network and a D-network operated by the Federal Postal Administration in Germany. |
